Marco Awards Group Acquires New Distribution Center
The acquisition of the 100,000-square-foot distribution center will be effective Jan. 1, 2023
Marco Awards Group announces the addition of a new south-central distribution center, effective Jan. 1, 2023.
Located in Tennessee, with almost 100,000 square feet, the new distribution center will handle product shipments to surrounding Marco locations and customers.
“Marco has built a significant and broad presence in the sales and distribution of awards and award components through the growth of its distribution network,” states the company. “From California to Florida to Connecticut, the 30+ location distribution system is the backbone of Marco’s success.”
The south-central distribution center will continue to offer all types of shipping, such as UPS, LTL, and will call/pick up.
According to Marco, the new distribution center understands the importance of quickly meeting the customer demand for all products and assures continued and rapid replenishment to all locations and customers.
“Replenishing Marco warehouses more frequently and with more products truly improves our supply chain effectiveness and speed to our customers,” states Gregory Kolenut, Marco Awards Group national sales manager.
